We’ve just released mobile app version 3.8.33 for iOS. If you’ve already installed the Sync app, it will auto-update. If you haven’t installed Sync on your mobile device, you can do so by following these instructions.
What’s new?
Our focus for this update has been on stabilizing the app and resolving critical issues impacting the user experience.
FIXED:
- We have fixed the “Cocoa Error” while uploading files via the iOS Files app. Uploads no longer trigger this error “encrypting files,” making your file transfer smoother.
- Users previously faced an issue where the iOS app got stuck while encrypting files during uploads. We’ve patched this issue so users can upload files without delays.
- We’ve improved camera upload functionality when the app is running in the background.
- Fixed an issue where only half of the selected photos were being uploaded when using the ‘Share’ feature.
- Fixed an issue causing the app to freeze for more than 2 seconds, improving overall performance.
