We’re pleased to announce the release of version 1.0.15 of the Sync desktop app, for both Windows and Mac OS X.
The 1.x series introduces major under-the-hood improvements that make syncing faster and more reliable. If you’re already running a recent version of Sync, the update will be available to you directly from the app. Otherwise, you can upgrade any version of Sync by following these instructions:
Download the latest app here:
https://www.sync.com/install/
Once you’ve downloaded the installer, double click and follow the onscreen instructions.
The installer will uninstall the old version and then prompt you to use your existing account to update to the new version.
Once updated, the Sync app will spin (index) as it verifies your files.
Good news: the upgrade process does not have to re-download your files. As always, if you have any questions or need help please let us know .
