Hot on the heels of version 1.0.15, we’re excited to announce version 1.0.16 1.0.17 of the Sync desktop app, for both Windows and Mac OS X.
This is a minor update that improves the stability and reliability of syncing. If you’re already running a recent version of Sync, the update will be available to you directly from the app. Otherwise, you can upgrade any version of Sync by following these instructions:

- Once you’ve downloaded the installer, double click and follow the onscreen instructions.
- The installer will uninstall the old version and then prompt you to use your existing account to update to the new version.
- Once updated, the Sync app will spin (index) as it verifies your files.
Good news: the upgrade process does not have to re-download your files. As always, if you have any questions or need help please let us know.
