Sync 1.0.17 Desktop Apps Available

Product update

Hot on the heels of version 1.0.15, we’re excited to announce version 1.0.16 1.0.17 of the Sync desktop app, for both Windows and Mac OS X.

This is a minor update that improves the stability and reliability of syncing. If you’re already running a recent version of Sync, the update will be available to you directly from the app. Otherwise, you can upgrade any version of Sync by following these instructions:

  1. Once you’ve downloaded the installer, double click and follow the onscreen instructions.
  2. The installer will uninstall the old version and then prompt you to use your existing account to update to the new version.
  3. Once updated, the Sync app will spin (index) as it verifies your files.

Good news: the upgrade process does not have to re-download your files. As always, if you have any questions or need help please let us know.
