Sync 3.8.32 (iOS) Mobile App Released

We’ve just released mobile app version 3.8.32 for iOS. If you’ve already installed the Sync app, it will auto-update. If you haven’t installed Sync on your mobile device, you can do so by following these instructions.

What’s new?

Our focus for this update has been on stabilizing the app and resolving critical issues impacting the user experience.

FIXED:

• Automatic Camera Upload Improvements
  • The automatic camera upload feature, which is failing for some users on iOS 3.8.28, has been stabilized and improved.

• Multiple crash scenarios have been resolved, including crashes when uploading photos or using automatic camera upload.
• Files can now only be uploaded with names, preventing confusion and file management issues.
• Uploads will no longer stop in the background after reaching the 200-photo mark, ensuring continuous and seamless performance.
• Stalling issues when uploading .mov files have been addressed for smoother media management.
