Email verification does not seem to be working. What do I do?

Sync asks that you verify your email address when you signup, via an email verification code.

If you did not receive an email verification, you can resend it as follows:

  1. Sign in to the web panel.
  2. Click your email address (or display name) on the top right corner of the blue menu bar.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Click Re-send Verification.

This process will re-send the email verification code. Check your junk mail or spam filters if you do not see this email in your inbox. Contact customer service if you are unable to verify your email address.
