How do I move my files from Dropbox to Sync?

Copying or transferring your files from Dropbox to Sync is easy. To get started you’ll need to have both Dropbox and Sync installed on your computer.

To move files and folders from Dropbox to Sync:

1. Install the Sync desktop app. This will create a Sync folder on your computer.
2. Install the Dropbox desktop app. This will create a Dropbox folder on your computer.
3. Disable Dropbox Smart Sync, to ensure all files in Dropbox are downloaded to your computer.
4. Check that your Dropbox folder is fully synchronized and up-to-date on your computer.
5. Open the Sync folder and Dropbox folder side-by-side, and drag or copy your files from the Dropbox Folder, to the Sync Folder. The Sync application will then automatically upload your files to Sync.
